Lysander Meadowlark is dying. Disgraced and exiled for a forbidden affair, the young Prince of Primara is sold off to the new Emperor of a faraway land. Not all is as it seems — Emperor Roux Tyvrik wants to own every part of him, body and soul, and what Lysander isn’t willing to give, Roux is willing to steal.

I am the last Soul Stitcher, and I wield a gift passed down to only one female dragon every millennia.

Tellamae Cisra is the youngest dragon ever to wield the magic of Soul Stitching — the art of taking ravaged souls and mending them back together. Dragonkind wishes to hide her power from the world, letting the humans burn themselves into oblivion.

A dragon and a human are forbidden to bond. But since when do we listen to the rules?

As kingdoms clash, deadly illnesses spread and hearts shatter, Lysander and Tellamae are thrust into finding a way to save their homelands — or watch fate destroy everything they know and love. Including each other.

All About Lorelei

Born and raised in Colorado, I developed my love for nature and reading side by side — the public library was my home away from home. At nineteen I enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Flight Equipment Technician, later becoming an Aeromedical Evacuation Flight Medic. After retiring, I chased my lifelong dream: writing.

I am a proud member and advocate of the Queer Community. My work centers on challenging harmful societal structures, finding beauty and hope in darkness, and learning just how healing “found family” and love can truly be.

While my work explores darker themes, it’s geared toward overcoming the challenges we face while understanding we are not alone in our journey. And that love prevails. Always.
